Audrey Matney, owner of New York City-based 123 Beauty Lab, is a licensed medical aesthetician lovingly known in the industry as“The Beauty Fixer.” Audrey is a veteran skin expert with 20 years working in aesthetic medicine serving as an educator, consultant, product developer, and celebrity aesthetician. 

During her time as a consultant she worked work alongside the top facial and body plastic surgeons in NYC, educating their patients about surgical and non-surgical procedures. Audrey serves as an OR consultant, ensuring office-based operating rooms achieve (and maintain) surgical accreditation. The beauty expert’s education in the OR empowered her to become a clinical educator for physicians and skincare brands such as cult-worthy French skincare institute Glytone and Avene. The Beauty Fixer tirelessly educates students and medical professionals their chemical peel protocols.
